The total construction cost is $2 Million. The total lot area is 6004 SF. The 13th Avenue residence has 2 Bedrooms with a flex room, a car garage, an open plan Great room with dining and kitchen for comfortable and cozy family time, each. A multi-use room to be used for various purposes. 13th Avenue residence has a chic study. This house has a lift in each unit for extra convenience and comfort.
