A walkable neighborhood with great views, 15’ Rear waterfront and access to all the amenities. A single-family residence, R3 occupancy type and located in the NS2 zone. The design fully complies with local county codes and regulations, preserving the elegance and integrity of the overall design vision.
The design of this three-Story tall residence is classic and clean, a type V Unprotected construction. The total construction cost is $1.1 Million. The total lot area is 9043 SF. The Bucher residence is a 5 Bedroom luxurious abode with a bonus room, a 2-car garage and a separate garage for a yacht, an open plan great room with dining and kitchen for comfortable and cozy family time.
