Located in Tampa, a single-family home just blocks from Tampa General Hospital, this home is within walking distance of tennis courts, playgrounds, a baseball field, a community pool, downtown Davis Islands, and the iconic Tampa Riverwalk. Easy access to a public marina and a private yacht club, offering a lifestyle like no other.
The design of this four-Story residence standing 43’-8” high is contemporary, a type V-B Masonry and Unprotected Frame construction. The total construction cost is more than $1.2 Million. The site is in the Planned Unit Development zone. The total lot area is 5694 SF. The Columbia residence is a 5 Bedroom luxurious abode with a 3-car garage, a cozy Great room for family time, a playroom for musical instruments as required by the client. A patio with an outdoor kitchen right beside the pool for cherished times and gatherings.
The design was thoughtfully crafted to embody a sense of modern sophistication and understated elegance. The high-contrast elements were intentionally integrated to create visual interest and highlight key architectural features. The interplay of light and shadow, coupled with the architectural transitions, invites curiosity, making each journey through the home an engaging experience.
